Creative Virtual Assistant – Video Editing & Social Media

I’m looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and heart-centered virtual assistant to help me manage my online business and support the creative projects I’m bringing into the world.

I work in the fields of healing, coaching, and education, and I’m looking for someone who enjoys being part of meaningful work. This role is about more than just tasks — it’s about partnering with me to keep the energy and flow of my business moving forward.

What You’ll Be Helping With

Video editing – trimming, adding captions, formatting videos for course modules, and creating short-form clips for social media

Course support in GHL – uploading and organizing videos, documents, and slides into modules (Vina will handle the main tech setup, you’ll help with content prep and uploads)

Social media content – repurposing course videos into posts, creating graphics (Canva or similar), and scheduling/publishing campaigns

General admin support – light tasks across projects and offerings

What I’m Looking For in You

Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized

Skills or proven experience in video editing (basic to intermediate level: trimming, captions, resizing for different platforms)

Familiarity with Go High Level/Elite360 (especially uploading course content; don’t worry, our GHL specialist will handle the advanced tech setup)

Comfort with online tools (Google Workspace, Canva, project management tools, etc.)

Good written communication in English

Someone who cares about doing things well and growing with the work
