Faceless YouTube Manager -> Run and Scale Profitable Channels (Full-time, Remote)

Hey! We run a group of youtube channels across many different niches: storytelling, ---------- s, education, and entertainment. Now we’re looking for someone to step in and run a section of the business with real ownership.

This is not a creative editing job. This is an operations and strategy role: managing people, spotting growth opportunities, and increasing the profit of our content portfolio.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!

-> manage a group of channels in one niche or format
-> coordinate editors and assistants to keep content flowing
-> track channel health (output, views, rpm, retention, profit)
-> find underperforming areas and fix them
-> pitch new channel ideas and test strategies
