Software Programmer

Position Overview
We at Restoration Apparel Company are seeking a skilled software developer for a full-time remote contract position. This role is perfect for an experienced programmer who thrives in a remote work environment and enjoys building modern web applications. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain web-based solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks
Design and implement user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing
Integrate with REST APIs and contribute to API development and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Hands-on experience with at least one modern front-end framework: React, Svelte, or Vue.js
Proven experience working with REST APIs (consumption and development)
Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
Portfolio or examples of previous work that showcase your technical abilities

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

Experience with web design principles and UI/UX best practices
Knowledge of Go programming language
Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks or libraries
Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
Understanding of version control systems (Git)
Experience with cloud platforms and deployment processes

Work Arrangement

Full-time contract position (40 hours per week)
100% remote work - work from anywhere
Must have overlap with US Central Standard Time for team collaboration and meetings
Flexible schedule with core collaboration hours
