Customer Service (Calls Emails)

Company Overview:

Bangeran is a leading provider of high-quality mobility devices in the medical industry. We are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals by offering a wide range of innovative and reliable mobility solutions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist.

1st month is $200, 2nd month forward is $250.

The work hours are 9:00am - 2:00pm Pacific Time between Monday - Friday.

Technical Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service

- Respond to customer messages on marketplaces; Amazon US CA, Walmart US CA, BestBuy, and our website.

- Return and pickup customers calls

- Be motivated to work with a tea ---------- mber to provide a better service.

- We require great English speaking and writing skills.
- French is plus.
