FB Ad Video Editor

We are looking for a talented and efficient video editor to create compelling video ads for our Facebook campaigns. This is a project-by-project role with the potential for consistent, long-term work for the right candidate.

The process begins with a paid trial to ensure a good fit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
----------------

- Create Video Ads: Edit short-form video ads, ranging from 1 to 2.5 minutes in length.
- Work in Batches: You will create videos in batches of 3. Each batch consists of one core video with three different 5-second hooks/introductions.
- Source Footage: Find and incorporate engaging B-roll from sources like TikTok, YouTube, and our provided Canva account.
- Generate Voiceovers: Use our provided ElevenLabs account to generate believable AI voiceovers based on the script.
- Follow Direction: Work from creative briefs, scripts, and example videos to guide your editing.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Speed & Efficiency: Ability to complete a batch of 3 videos within a 24-hour turnaround time.
- Strong Storytelling Skills: An excellent instinct for video pacing, timing, and creating a narrative that hooks viewers and holds their attention.
- Resourcefulness: Proven ability to find high-quality, relevant B-roll that enhances the story.
- Excellent Communication: Must be highly responsive to messages and feedback.
- A Strong Portfolio: You must provide links to your previous work.

COMPENSATION
------------

- Pay-Per-Batch: $18 per batch of 3 videos.
- Performance Bonus: Earn a $20 bonus for each individual video that achieves $1,000 USD in ad spend. We don't turn off successful ads!
- Paid Trial: The initial trial project is paid at $10.
