Medical Assistant / Psychology Today / ZocDoc Management

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual with both medical office and website/marketing management experience. This hybrid role will support clinical operations while ensuring our online presence is up-to-date and optimized across key platforms such as Psychology Today and ZocDoc. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a healthcare setting, is comfortable working with patient-facing systems, and understands digital tools that support patient engagement and clinic visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day medical assistant duties, including patient intake, charting support, vitals, and coordination of care.
Maintain and update provider profiles and listings on Psychology Today, ZocDoc, and similar directories to maximize patient outreach and visibility.

Ensure website content (bios, services, scheduling links, contact info) is accurate, professional, and consistent across all platforms.

Coordinate patient appointment scheduling and troubleshoot ZocDoc issues as needed.

Track online leads, inquiries, and referral sources to support practice growth.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards in all postings and online content.

Support occasional office/administrative tasks as directed by leadership.

Qualifications:
Medical experience required.
Familiarity with behavioral health or medical practice workflows.
Strong technical proficiency with websites, online directories, and scheduling platforms.
Experience with Psychology Today and ZocDoc management strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities.
