AI Developer

We’re looking for an AI Developer who is excited about building automation systems and real-world AI applications. Our team is developing AI agents to streamline insurance claims workflows, automate lead generation, and improve document handling. If you’re skilled with LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms, and want hands-on work that makes an impact, this is for you ----------

What You’ll Do:

Build automations using ---------- and other workflow tools

Develop LLM-powered agents for tasks like email drafting, document parsing, and lead generation

Integrate with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) and other APIs

Implement OCR and data extraction from PDFs, Word Docs, and images

Set up RAG pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, or similar)

Ensure secure data handling and compliance (claims info must remain private)

Document processes clearly for non-technical tea ---------- mbers

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in JSON and / or Python and/or JavaScript

Hands-on experience with ---------- or similar automation tools

Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or related frameworks

Knowledge of APIs and webhooks (Google, Gmail, CRM, etc.)

Experience building RAG pipelines and using vector databases

Strong problem-solving mindset, especially when tools don’t have APIs

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in insurance, legal, or compliance-sensitive projects

Knowledge of secure data handling, GDPR, or HIPAA standards

Familiarity with lead-generation tools and scraping workflows

Details

Contract Length: 6 months (with potential extension)

Pay: $8–10/hour depending on experience

Hours: Flexible, 20–40 hours/week

Location: Remote (must be reliable with communication and deadlines)
