???? What You’ll Do
- Support loan officers and processors with client files and documentation
- Review borrower documents for completeness and accuracy
- Input and update loan data in CRM and LOS systems
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding documents or signatures
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (appraisers, title companies, etc.)
- Prepare and organize files for underwriting and closing
- Manage emails and general administrative tasks with professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with mortgage regulations
- Generate reports and trackers as required by team leads

? What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in mortgage operations, financial services, or as an administrative VA
- Familiarity with loan processing and document review is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
