Job Title: Marketing Power BI Analyst (Remote – Philippines)

We’re looking for a skilled Marketing Power BI Analyst based in the Philippines to help us transform our marketing data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a Marketing Performance Dashboard in Power BI. Your work will give leadership instant visibility into campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key metrics across channels (Google, Meta, CRM, website, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Develop a centralised Power BI marketing dashboard with automated data refreshes

Connect data sources such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM, and internal databases

Build custom KPIs (CAC, ROI, CPL, conversion rates, revenue attribution, etc.)

Use DAX and Power Query to clean, model, and transform raw data

Collaborate with UK marketing & leadership teams to understand reporting needs

Ensure dashboards are visually engaging, accurate, and easy to use

Provide ad-hoc reporting and recommendations to support campaign optimisation

Requirements

Proven experience building Power BI dashboards (portfolio/examples required)

Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modelling

Experience integrating marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, GA4, CRM, SQL)

Understanding of marketing KPIs and attribution models

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

Reliable internet and ability to work UK business hours overlap

Preferred Skills (nice to have)

Experience with Dentally, Caragon, or other healthcare/CRM data sources

Basic SQL or Python for data manipulation

Background in digital marketing analytics
