Purpose: Drive top-of-funnel growth by executing outbound call campaigns to generate qualified opportunities for our benefits and insurance services.
Responsibilities:
Make 60-100 outbound calls daily to targeted businesses.
Qualify prospects using a structured discovery script (renewal dates, carrier, pain points).
Set appointments and hand off qualified leads to senior advisors.
Log all activity, outcomes, and notes in CRM.
Follow up persistently via phone,
Required Qualifications:
2+ years outbound sales or appointment-setting experience.
High energy and resilience; comfortable with rejection and follow-up.
Strong spoken English with a clear, professional phone presence.
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in insurance/benefits or B2B services.
Familiarity with dialer systems (e.g., Orum, Five9).
Success Measures:
Daily/weekly call volume.
Conversion rate of calls ? qualified appointments.
Closed revenue attributed to booked meetings.
