Appointment Setter (VA)

We are a marketing company looking for a reliable Appointment Setter to manage inbound leads and schedule meetings. This role involves warm follow-ups only—no cold calling. You’ll play an important role in connecting potential clients with our team.

Must Have
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting, customer service, or lead generation
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience using CRM systems

Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with inbound leads generated from ads campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads)
- Schedule discovery calls with potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
- Ensure timely and professional communication with prospects

Plus to Have
- Background in marketing or tech services
- Experience handling international clients
- Familiarity with Meta/Facebook Ads leads
