Purpose: Lead the first stage of our talent pipeline by sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality candidates across sales, operations, and technical roles.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate communication, skills, and fit.
Maintain structured notes and update candidate pipelines in our ATS/CRM.
Coordinate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and priorities.
Deliver weekly pipeline reports with candidate recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years in recruiting, ideally in sales/insurance/tech sectors.
Strong phone presence; able to evaluate both skills and personality fit.
Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and screening frameworks.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience recruiting for U.S. markets.
Familiarity with benefits/insurance industry roles.
Success Measures:
% of hires passing probation from their pipeline.
Time-to-fill for open roles.
Hiring manager satisfaction.
