JOB OVERVIEW
Real Estate Investor/Retail Real Estate Experience a must
Experience with journal entries to book "fix & flip" acquisitions as well as "wholesale".
Bank & credit card reconciliations
HUD Journal Entries
Approx 200 transactions per month (many on automatic entry)
Must meet weekly with CEO for 1 hour
5 hours per week
Pay: Commensurate with experience
