Webmaster/Virtual Assistant

After six wonderful years, our current webmaster is stepping down—and we’re now looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Webmaster / Virtual Assistant to support and grow our platforms: ---------- and SoftwareCasa.

We run a membership-based platform for video editors, content creators, teachers, and marketers. We provide thousands of high-quality creative assets like video templates, motion backgrounds, icons, music, and more.

We also work with promoting software solutions that help creatives, educators, and business users work smarter.

We’re a small, friendly, and efficient team working remotely across time zones. Our vibe is honest, low-stress, and flexible—but we care deeply about quality and reliability. ????? What You'll Be Doing
• Keep our WordPress websites secure, updated, and running efficiently.
• Upload and manage creative assets and digital content for our members.
• Help monitor and improve site performance, load speed, and server stability.
• Manage and maintain backups, firewalls, malware protection, and security plugins.
• Set up and troubleshoot Google Analytics, tracking, and SEO tools.
• Format and publish posts, downloads, and product pages.
• Support upcoming major projects (like a site redesign and migration in Fall 2025).
• Occasionally connect WordPress with third-party tools (e.g., payment or email systems).

?? Requirements
• Strong English communication skills (written especially).
• Solid experience with WordPress, CPanel, PHP, MySQL, and basic hosting infrastructure.
• Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Willing to work part-time (5–10 hours per week), with flexibility for occasional calls during EU daytime.

???? Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have, as it can lead to more creative work)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Video editing (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, AE, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Design or UI/UX knowledge
