We are looking for motivated individuals in the Philippines to join our growing Income Tax Services Company as Inbound/Outbound Sales Representatives.
Job Description
As a Sales Representative, you will:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential clients.
Provide excellent customer relations support.
Conduct email and text follow-ups to nurture leads.
Assist in cold calling campaigns to help expand our client base.
Be trained for 1 month on U.S. Tax Publications & Analysis to effectively support clients on tax-related topics.
This role requires 24/7 coverage, so flexibility in work hours is a must.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written English).
Strong customer service or sales background preferred.
Ability to learn and apply U.S. tax-related topics after training.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and text for follow-ups.
