Marketing agency is looking for an in-house Cold Email Marketing Expert who knows how to setup email marketing systems from the ground up and build out a cold email marketing machine.

JOB DUTIES:


Email/Text Marketing
- Use GoHighlevel and Instantly
- Setup, warm emails + domains properly
- Create email and SMS campaigns
- Run and monitor campaigns
- A/B test subject lines, content
- Analyze performance
- Optimize future campaigns based on analysis

Reporting
- Setup tracking as needed
- Monitoring tracking data
- Use data to determine optimizations
- Report to team as needed on marketing performance

Marketing Lists
- Procure target audience lists (we'll show you how, where)
- Cleanup list data as needed
- Import lists into various platforms for use as needed
- Maintain master database of leads

Automations (GHL, Zapier, n8n, etc)
- Build + maintain marketing automations or work with Tech Team as needed
- Create lead scoring system + automations

Team Collaboration
- Work with Sales + Account teams
- Gather feedback on lead quality, adjust campaigns as needed
