Influencer Outreach Assistant – Instagram & TikTok (Fashion E-Commerce)

About the Role

We are a fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Influencer Outreach Assistant.
Your main responsibility will be to find, qualify, and contact Instagram and TikTok influencers who can help us promote our products, build authentic collaborations, and drive content creation for our brand.

You will receive clear onboarding, message templates, and SOPs to follow step-by-step. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and motivated to grow in influencer marketing.

Your Main Tasks

Search for Instagram & TikTok creators in the fashion/lifestyle niche (criteria will be provided)

Qualify influencers based on follower count, engagement rate, and content style

Reach out to influencers with pre-written collaboration messages (via DM/email)

Track influencer responses and update outreach sheets daily

Support influencer onboarding into TikTok Seller for collaboration campaigns

Report progress and daily updates via WhatsApp

Requirements

Good understanding of English (written)

Familiar with Instagram & TikTok platforms

Detail-oriented and able to follow step-by-step instructions

Consistent and reliable (4 hours/day, Mon–Sat)

Own laptop/computer and stable internet connection

Strong communication skills and professional attitude

Experience with influencer outreach is a plus (but not required – training provided)

Compensation

Starting salary: USD 2.80 per hour (part-time, 4h/day)

Paid monthly via Payoneer/PayPal/Easy Pay

Salary increases and bonuses based on performance
