Product Researcher (Health & Supplements) — Meta Ads Focus
Role: Find high-potential, legally compliant product opportunities in the health/supplements space and keep a living priority list our launch team can act on daily.
What you’ll do:
- Source daily: Identify new consumable health products (supplements + adjacent) with Meta Ads potential. Quality > quantity, but you can surface up to 3/day when they truly meet the bar.
- Validate fast: For each product, complete a tracking sheet with:
- Core product summary and target use case
- Competitor scan on Meta Ad Library (who’s running, ad count, first-seen date, creative quality, follower/base signals)
- Presence/size on other platforms (TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.)
- Trademark/IP status (is the brand/product name protectable, restricted, or clear for our own branding?)
- Recency (new to market vs. rerun), trend signals (Exploding Topics, Google Trends)
- Score & prioritize: Rank opportunities by launch priority and update the list daily as new products come in.
- Cross-check competition: Confirm if the original brand is advertising on Meta and judge execution quality (low ad volume, weak creatives, very new, small following = opportunity).
- Hand off for testing: Coordinate with the launch team so your top items gets launched every day.
Tools you’ll use:
- Kalodata (to spot winning TikTok Shop products to port to Meta)
- Meta Ad Library (verification + competitor mapping)
- Exploding Topics & Google Trends (demand trajectory)
- Our internal revenue/spy tool (we’ll give you access)
What “high-opportunity” looks like:
- New or early in the market
- Little to no serious competition on Meta
- The originating brand isn’t running Meta or is doing it poorly
- Broad, mainstream appeal (not niche-locked)
- Trademark-clear for us to brand and market ethically
Important: We do not copy, impersonate, or use others’ protected names. We only pursue products we can legally sell under our own branding.
Must-have experience:
- Deep familiarity with the health/supplement space and what actually converts on paid social
- Strong pattern recognition around past winners (e.g., ashwagandha, GLP-1-themed trends, etc.) and the ability to spot the next wave, not yesterday’s news
- Hands-on with Meta Ad Library, trend tools, and competitive research
- Sharp judgment on IP/trademark basics and platform policy risks
- Excel/Sheets discipline; you keep a clean, decision-ready tracker
Nice to have:
- Experience moving products from TikTok ? Meta successfully
- Understanding of compliance-safe positioning in health
- Basic knowledge of funnel metrics (AOV, CPA, CTR) to sanity-check potential
Success metrics:
- Consistent pipeline of launch-worthy products (not noise)
- Accurate competitor/intel snapshots (ad count, first-seen, revenue estimate)
- Daily, priority list that our team can act on immediately
- Hit rate of products that make it to test and show promising early metrics
- Schedule: Full-time. Daily coordination with the launch team.
