AI Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated video editor to join our team on a part-time basis to produce engaging video content for our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using MidJourney for AI-generated imagery and ---------- for video creation, delivering high-quality long-form videos and shorts. You will work independently, transforming provided scripts, audio, and image prompts into polished videos that align with our channel’s vision.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit 4 long-form videos (10 minutes each) and 8 short-form videos (under 1 minute) per month for our YouTube channel.
• Generate high-quality images using MidJourney based on provided prompts, ensuring visuals align with the channel’s aesthetic.
• Export MidJourney images and upload them to ---------- to create AI-driven videos, following provided scripts and ---------- prompts.
• Incorporate provided audio files into videos, ensuring seamless synchronization and high production quality.
• Edit videos in ---------- to include effects, transitions, subtitles, and other elements as needed to enhance viewer engagement.
• Ensure all content adheres to YouTube’s guidelines and optimizes for audience retention and channel growth.
• Work independently to meet deadlines, delivering 12 videos (4 long-form, 8 shorts) each month.
• Communicate promptly and clearly, addressing any feedback or revisions efficiently.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with MidJourney for AI-generated image creation and ---------- for video editing and AI video production.
• Strong understanding of YouTube content creation, including video pacing, audience engagement, and platform optimization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, quickly grasping instructions and project goals.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal laptop capable of running MidJourney, ---------- , and related software smoothly.
• Excellent time management skills to meet monthly deadlines for 4 long-form videos and 8 shorts.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for producing visually compelling content.
• Basic knowledge of audio integration and video editing principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating content in a specific niche (e.g., Stoic philosophy or similar themes, based on your interest in Stoic Bond-style visuals).
• Familiarity with other video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Runway) or AI content creation platforms.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work with MidJourney, ---------- , or similar tools.

• Commitment: Approximately 15 hours per month, depending on project complexity
