We are seeking a dedicated Outbound Dialler to join our growing team. You will be responsible for contacting leads generated through our social media advertising campaigns and qualifying them according to a detailed script provided.

This role is central to our business, as you will be the first point of human contact for potential clients. You must therefore have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, and be able to follow scripts and qualification steps with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities
• Call incoming leads promptly and professionally.
• Follow a detailed qualification script step by step.
• Ask the right questions to assess eligibility and gather required information.
• Accurately record call outcomes and lead information in our CRM.
• Escalate qualified leads to the next stage of our process.
• Maintain consistent communication and reporting with management.

Requirements
• Fluent English: both spoken and written, with a neutral accent. This will be strictly tested in the interview.
• Prior outbound calling or call center experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow scripts exactly while keeping the conversation natural.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
• Willingness to work during Australian hours (AEST).
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and a positive approach.
