JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable SEO Specialist with strong WordPress development experience to join our small but growing team on a part-time basis.

This role is best suited for someone who wants to grow with a business into a long-term, stable position and is looking for ongoing, meaningful work — not quick freelance gigs. Communication is essential, and regular updates will be expected at the start. Once trust is built, we’ll work towards more autonomy and flexibility.

Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
• 3+ years of experience with WordPress, including page builders like Elementor or similar
• Ability to optimise pages, fix SEO issues, update content, and build pages with SEO best practices in mind
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, Google Search Console, and analytics tools
• Ability to audit websites and implement SEO strategies
• Able to customise WordPress themes, update plugins, and manage hosting where needed

Who This Is NOT For:
• If you don’t have real SEO or WordPress experience, please do not apply
• If you stop replying mid-way through communication or have unreliable internet, this won’t be the right fit
• If you’re looking to juggle 5+ other clients and don’t have the time for updates — this isn’t a good match

HOURS: Part-time role (approx. 20 hours/week)
• Must be available for check-ins and deliverables on a consistent schedule

If you meet the criteria and are looking to work with a supportive and straightforward business owner, apply now. In your application, please include:
• A brief summary of your SEO and WordPress experience
• Examples of websites you’ve worked on
• Tools you regularly use
• Your expected hourly rate in USD

Looking forward to hearing from you. Let’s grow together!
