We’re a leading property photography company, helping homes shine in the market across the US and UK. Our creative team delivers stunning photography and video tours for real estate agents and homeowners — and we’re growing fast. We’re now looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our international team and be the friendly, proactive point of contact for our US-based clients.

? What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for US clients, handling enquiries with warmth and professionalism.

Coordinate with internal teams to make sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Keep clients updated with timely, proactive communication.

Build and nurture client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Support the sales team by handing over warm leads.

Liaise with photographers on scheduling, client issues, and location logistics.

Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.

Share client feedback with internal teams to help us improve.

????????? About You

3+ years’ experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role.

Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.

Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and solution-oriented.

Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Proactive, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Interest in photography or real estate is a plus (not required).
