JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing early stage podcast and creator brand. We need a reliable operator to create simple graphics and captions, post across platforms, and keep our comments warm. You will also help with podcast guest coordination, including emails, scheduling, and follow ups.

WEEKLY TASKS
• Publish: schedule Reels, Shorts, TikToks, and IG carousels. Write captions. Keep a 7 day queue.
• Light design: Canva thumbnails and carousels, sized per platform.
• Community: monitor comments and DMs, write simple responses, escalate issues, log FAQs.
• Guest coordination: reach out to guests, coordinate calendars, confirm assets (bio, headshot, socials), send reminders, share posts and assets after release.
• Organization: keep Notion and Drive organized. Correct filenames, links, and checklists.

MUST HAVES
• 1 to 3 years in social media or creator ops with links to accounts you have worked on.
• Clear, friendly English. Ability to write hooks, captions, and concise emails.
• Detail obsessed. Zero posting errors, consistent naming, dependable follow through.
• Comfortable working async with about 4 hours of overlap with PT Los Angeles or ET Toronto.
• Familiar with Notion, Google Drive, Canva, native social platforms, and scheduling tools.

NICE TO HAVES
• Copywriting experience.
• Basic video editing.
• Guest coordination and simple CRM experience.

HOURS & COMPENSATION
• Part time 10 to 20 hours per week to start with path to full time after strong performance.
