We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Google Ads Optimization Specialist to join our team and ensure our clients achieve above-average results from their Google Ads campaigns.

Job Summary: You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and improving Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients on a weekly basis. Your main goal is to deliver exceptional performance, drive conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI). A basic knowledge of SEO and landing page design is a big benefit.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and configure Google Ads accounts, including billing, conversion tracking, and phone tracking
Develop, optimize, and integrate landing pages and thank-you pages with accurate tracking using GTM
Conduct in-depth keyword research, build structured ad groups, and craft compelling, audience-specific ads
Apply, monitor, and optimize all relevant Google Ad extensions and assets on Google ads and third party software
Ensure all campaign elements (budgets, locations, schedules) are accurately configured and regularly updated
Identify and manage negative keywords and search terms to refine targeting and reduce waste
Implement and evaluate ad split tests, refining creatives and pausing underperformers
Ensure conversion tracking is accurate and conduct regular tests for reliability
Track and optimize performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI)
Manage Search, Pmax, Youtube and Shopping campaigns
Identify and pause underperforming keywords, ads, and ad groups
Regularly review Google's optimization score and act to improve it
Analyze landing page performance and recommend conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization strategies
Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI)
Identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to improve account performance
Communicate with Client Relationship manager to implement changes from client feedback and give information that needs to be discussed with clients
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
