Graphic Designer Proficient in Adobe Illustrator

We’re seeking a meticulous Graphic Designer to join our team, focused on producing top-quality, print-ready artwork for production.

This role is ideal for someone who:
-Has exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
-Loves organizing and preparing designs for apparel and merchandise
-Excels in a dynamic, fast-paced eCommerce setting

Key Responsibilities
-Prepare, organize, and maintain technically precise, print-ready art files
-Work closely with designers to review and fine-tune artwork for apparel, mugs, and other merchandise
-Ensure all assets comply with platform specifications and production requirements
-Perform quality checks to maintain design consistency
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate updates and production needs
-Keep up with the latest standards, tools, and best practices for efficient file preparation

Qualifications
-2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on production and eCommerce
-Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator (Inkscape experience is a plus)
-Strong working knowledge of Shopify
-Familiarity with Printful, Printify, or SunFrog is a bonus
-Extreme attention to detail in layout, sizing, and file management
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

Tools You’ll Use
-Google Sheets, Calendar, and other Workspace tools
-Slack for daily team collaboration

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Location: Fully remote (you must be available during EST business hours)
