Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Automation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is
ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about
leveraging automation to streamline processes and enhance digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Tasks
• Conduct API research for app integrations using tools like Zapier.
• Develop custom code snippets within Zapier or CRM platforms based on client
requirements.
Internal Tasks
• Maintain and set up automation workflows within GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise automation strategies across platforms.

Requirements
• Proficiency in basic coding languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Python, PHP (vanilla only).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms: WordPress, SquareSpace, Webflow, etc.
• Experience with automation tools: Zapier (highly desirable), N8n, Make, etc.
• Understanding of API protocols: REST and SOAP.
• Hands-on experience with CRM automation: GoHighLevel (preferred), HubSpot,

• Ability to create basic landing pages, preferably within GoHighLevel or similar CRM
platforms
• Competence in project management tools: Asana (preferred), Jira, ClickUp.
