What will you be in charge of:
- Keep an updated inventory of all product lines:
- CIC/BTE/Other hearing aids.
- Accessories.
- Cleaning kits.
- New launches.
- Others.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations, fulfilment agents, quality control and factory teams.
- Maintain accurate product data (names, SKUs, descriptions, pricing, lead times, categories, etc.)
- Support the creation and versioning of all product-related documentation:
- Manuals.
- Onboarding materials.
- Technical cards.
- Training content.
- Content QA: Ensure packaging, labeling, compliance documents are accurate.
- Support UI/UX research: Collect and structure user feedback and propose improvements.
- Assist with prototyping and usability testing by gathering and organizing feedback.
- Stay on top of industry trends, new product lines, accessories, and compliance updates, and regularly present findings to the team


Salary & Commitment:
- $600/month based on experience.
- Part-time and fully remote position.
