Loan Officer Assistant

We are an energetic mortgage company located in Southern California, U.S. We are looking for several full time loan Officer Assistant job to join our team. This is a remote job that you can work from home. you need to know below skills in order to apply it, company is U.S based, working hour is 8:30am to 5:30pm PST Monday to Friday

1. Know how to use ARIVE or similar LOS system

2. Know how to gather required paperwork from prospect based on their type of employment or loan programs

3. Know how to calculate W2 or self employed using income calculation

4. Know how to DTI works

5. Know how to order WVOE, VOM, rescore, credit supplement, credit report run DU

6. Know how to read settlement statement LE, CD

7. Know how to set up with required paperwork to processing team to submit to UW

8. Fluent Spanish (preferred not required) and fluent English (required) Speaking

9. Willing to call leads and follow up

Personal Characters requirement:

Hard working

time management

Strong communication skills

Responsive and Reliable

Detail oriented

University degree

Minimum WPM 50+ (required)

Your expected salary after probation period, note it needs to be inline with what we posted range, otherwise pls do not apply.
