Salary Range: $600-800 CAD/month (negotiable based on experience)

About Us: We operate 4 successful YouTube channels focused on Canadian investing, health optimization, and business content. Our main channel has grown from 400 to 6,000+ subscribers in 5 months with 600K+ views. We're expanding rapidly and need skilled editors to help scale our content production.

What You'll Be Doing:

Edit 4 podcast episodes per week (1-1.5 hours each, edited down to final length) – Minimal editing needed, but VIRAL opening Hook needed 30 seconds to 1.5 min long See ---------- for examples of podcast opening hooks.

Create 4 standalone videos per week (10-15 minutes each) from podcast content

Create 8 short-form clips per week (60-90 seconds each) from podcast content

Add intro/outro graphics, lower thirds, and basic motion graphics

Optimize audio levels and color grade

Create eye-catching thumbnails for all content

Upload content with SEO-optimized titles and descriptions

Maintain consistent branding across all channels

Requirements:

3+ years video editing experience (business/podcast content preferred)

Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

Experience with Photoshop for thumbnail creation

Understanding of YouTube best practices and formats

Strong English communication skills

Portfolio showing podcast/interview editing work

Reliable internet and computer setup

Available during Canadian business hours (overlap required)

Motion graphics/After Effects knowledge

Social media content creation
