Virtual Assistant/Online Business Manager for Coaching Business

Want to work for a leading content strategist and coach who runs workshops, has a group coaching program & runs a small agency?

I’m Monique, the founder of The Socialista. We help our clients with content and business coaching.

I am looking for a VA to be my right-hand woman! Someone who can join our team and take my big ideas of new workshops, new freebies and new trainings and turn them into a reality. Someone who can manage the day-to-day of the business.

This is a part time role. Working hours are flexible but around 9am - 6pm AEST. Looking to start with 10 hours per week with the potential to increase hours for the right person.

Your tasks include:

- Email management
- Research and booking client events
- Repurposing instagram content into email marketing campaigns
- Familiar with email marketing software like Mailchimp (or similar ones)
- Client check ins to keep them accountable
- Familiar with Showit and Dubsado (this is a must)
- Build landing pages
- Create funnels
- KPI reporting
- Client payment bounces
- Ability to create graphics, design canvas presentations & freebies
- Create automations & funnels
- Reply to comments on Instagram

You are someone who:
- Is forward thinking
- Highly organised
- A great communicator
- Proven experience working alongside a coaching business
- Has a keen eye for detail
- Must have 1+ years of experience as a VA
- Strong English Skills

You must have:
- Reliable internet
- A computer
- Zoom for tea ---------- etings

Bonus skills:
- Video editing using Capcut or InShot
