Role:
Tele Market Executive is one who is responsible for setting up the meeting with the Homeowners who want to sell their existing home or investment property.
Responsibility Deliverable:
1. Learn and Understand the Real estate service.
2. Data sourcing and management.
3. Tele calling to generate the meetings for the property appraisals/assessments.
4. Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a Business Development executive.
Tasks & Activities:
Learn and Understand the Real estate service
? Complete the training related to Real Estate service.
? Have clear telemarketing stills related to real estate.
? Memorise script and customise it of the client’s as per the situation while on call.
? Role play call.
? Identify the client opportunity.
? Familiarise with the marketing collateral/content.
Data sourcing and management.
? Coordinate with the loan support team to source the calling list.
? Update the client records based on the conversation.
Tele Calling:
? Preparing for the call ? Review customer information: Check the CRM for any relevant details about the customer before making the call ? Set Objectives: Have a clear goal for the call.
? Building Rapport:
? Personalisation: Use the customer's name and any known information to personalize the conversation.
? Needs Assessment:
? Ask Open-Ended Questions: Understand the customer's needs and pain points. Example: "Can you tell me about the plans you have regarding settling your current property?”
? Listen Actively: Pay close attention to the customer's responses and take notes.
? Presentation
? Tailored Pitch: Present your product or service, focusing on how it addresses the customer’s speci?c needs. Example: "Based on what you’ve mentioned, our property sales agent, who comes with a good number of years of experience, can connect with you by...".
? Highlight Bene?ts: Emphasise the key bene?ts and unique selling points. Example: "One of the main advantages is..."
? Handling Objections
? Listen and Acknowledge: Understand the customer’s concerns. Example: "I understand that rate/time is a concern for you."
? Provide Solutions: Address objections with relevant information and solutions. Example: "We o?er ?exible repayment payment plans that might suit your budget."
? Closing
