About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Global Marketing Manager to lead our international marketing operations at Makebot’s Global Division. This role requires excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and executive management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee three remote teams of technical writers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Drive end-to-end project management for the Global Division, from planning through execution and delivery.
Handle keyword management, service testing, and process optimization to enhance global marketing performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, regularly reporting updates and insights to the CEO.
Ensure alignment between global marketing strategies and company objectives.
Identify and implement improvements in workflows, tools, and team productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in global marketing, project management, or team leadership.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Excellent communication skills for managing both internal teams and executive-level stakeholders.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn the following tools:
