Responsibilities:

Edit long-form YouTube videos and shorts with professional polish.

Create eye-catching thumbnails and titles designed to maximize CTR.

Upload and optimize videos with proper tags, descriptions, chapters, and SEO.

Research competitors, trends, and content ideas in our niche.

Identify influencers and channels for collaboration opportunities.

Monitor analytics (CTR, watch time, retention, subs) and suggest improvements.

Develop and execute growth strategies for long-term channel success.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of growing YouTube channels (must show stats/results).

Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut).

Thumbnail design expertise (Photoshop, Canva).

Knowledge of YouTube SEO, retention strategies, and algorithm growth hacks.

Strong design and creative storytelling skills.

Reliable, organized, and able to deliver on deadlines.
