We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Digital Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This role combines daily operational tasks with client support and communication, ensuring everything runs smoothly across our business.
Responsibilities include:
Updating daily summaries (AP, AR, pending product, collections, etc.)
Submitting sales and product matrices
Tracking parcels and confirming deliveries
Confirming payments and updating COGS tabs
Managing and pushing media updates (CRM-specific, strategy support)
Double-checking outputs, bookings, and product records for accuracy
Supporting client communication: listening to requests, updating their summaries, confirming transactions, and ensuring a positive client experience
Coordinating with internal team to keep tasks on time and organized
Skills & Qualities:
Strong written and spoken English (clear, friendly, professional)
Highly organized and detail-focused
Tech-comfortable (CRM, spreadsheets, task management tools)
Friendly, relatable, and accommodating personality — clients should feel heard and supported
Reliable, proactive, and efficient with task execution
Comfortable with recurring daily tasks and also flexible for new requests
