The Role:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Cold
Key Responsibilities:
Inbox setup and management: Use tools like smartlead or instantly to set up and manage inboxes for our campaigns.
Contact sourcing and cleaning: Use tools like Clay and
Cold
Assist with high-level cold
Upload and manage campaigns using tools like Smartlead.ai and similar platforms.
Monitor replies, identify hot leads, and help optimize campaign performance.
Explainer videos: Record short Loom videos to document processes or explain updates.
Team communication: Stay connected on Google Chat/Meet for daily updates and task management.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with cold
Experience with how the social media creator economy works and/or an understanding of American brands.
Excellent English writing skills for crafting effective cold
Tech-savvy and process-oriented, comfortable working with automation tools and spreadsheets.
Self-starter who can work independently and proactively solve problems.
Must be available during U.S. working hours for a part of the day.
Stable internet connection.
