Introduction
SALS3 is a fast-scaling global dropshipping brand. We are hiring a senior Operations Manager to own Shopify operations, supply chain, fulfillment, and GHL automations end-to-end. This role is for operators who have done this before — not learners. If you have direct supplier relationships, a proven operations playbook, and can deliver immediate impact, read on.

Competitive background advantage: Experience working with major e-commerce players such as Shopee, Lazada, Temu, or Shein is a strong advantage — we want operators who have scaled in competitive environments and can bring that expertise into SALS3.

Must-have (Non-Negotiable)

Built & scaled dropshipping stores from scratch (show at least 2 examples with metrics).

Active supplier networks & proven negotiation wins (cost or lead-time improvements).

Deep Shopify expertise (backend, app integrations, multi-store, checkout + UX optimization).

Advanced GoHighLevel (GHL) automation builder — created CRM + automation systems for e-commerce.

5+ years in e-commerce operations leadership with people management.

Able to start Oct 1, 2025, and attend Oct 11, 2025 (in-person) strategy meeting.



Summary of Core Responsibilities

Own Shopify operations, product uploads, multi-currency & storefronts.

Build GHL automations: abandoned carts, SMS/email sequences, order updates, ticket escalations, and dashboards.

Source, vet, and onboard suppliers — bring your own connections.

Lead and hold accountable: Product Lister, CSR Admin, Operations & Fulfillment Supervisor, Web Developer.

Monitor KPIs: product upload accuracy, order accuracy, on-time delivery, CSAT, AOV.

Role

Own all operational functions for SALS3: Shopify systems, GoHighLevel automations, fulfillment processes, and supply chain execution. This is a senior role requiring proven supplier networks and battle-tested operational playbooks — not a trainee.
Directly manage the operations team (Product Lister, CSR Admin, Operations & Fulfillment Supervisor, Web Developer) to run SALS3 with precision, scalability, and visibility.

Responsibilities

1) Systems & Automations (Shopify + GHL)

Build GHL automations for customer journeys: abandoned carts, order status updates, SMS/email follow-ups, ticket escalation, and executive reporting dashboards.

Integrate Shopify with payments, logistics systems, and reporting tools.

Maintain automated COO dashboards covering sales, AOV, fulfillment, product uploads, and exceptions.

2) Shopify & Website Operations

Own backend Shopify setup (collections, SKUs, apps, currencies, tax/shipping rules).

Enforce a minimum of 250+ product uploads/day with strict QC and error handling.

Direct the Web Developer to build country-specific landing pages, optimize UX, fix bugs, and implement high-converting features.

Maintain and optimize apps for upsells, loyalty, reviews, subscriptions; ensure checkout speed and conversion health.

3) Supply Chain & Fulfillment

Leverage existing supplier connections and acquire new vendors to secure pricing, shorten lead times, and ensure reliable fulfillment.

Map and improve end-to-end supply chain workflows; remove bottlenecks and reduce costs.

Lead the Operations & Fulfillment Supervisor to maintain >95% order accuracy and on-time deliveries; institute root-cause analysis for misses.

Implement inventory/availability monitoring for thousands of SKUs; prevent stockouts and listing errors.

4) Team Leadership (Operations)

Manage and hold accountable:

Product Lister — daily uploads & QC.

CSR Admin — ticket handling, refunds, CSAT, SLAs.

Operations & Fulfillment Supervisor — logistics, carrier coordination, exception management.

Web Developer — Shopify technical support, landing pages, performance.

Run weekly ops reviews, enforce KPIs, document SOPs for scale, and drive continuous process improvement.

5) Strategic Support

Partner with the COO to prepare systems for holiday/Q4 scaling (Black Friday, Christmas).

Build infrastructure to support a minimum of USD 50k+ monthly revenue in Q4 2025 to start — scaling is a must.

Ensure operational scalability for international expansion.

Results

By October 11, 2025:

Present a fully operational Shopify + GHL automation framework.

Deliver live COO dashboards covering all KPIs.

Maintain ?250 daily product uploads with <1% error rate.

Achieve ?95% order accuracy and on-time delivery standards.

Present a supply chain improvement plan (supplier diversification, faster fulfillment, cost savings).

Deliver daily and weekly reporting packs to the COO covering sales, fulfillment, CS, and ops metrics.

Requirements

Proven experience (non-negotiable):

Shopify operations (backend, integrations, multi-store setups).

Built dropshipping operations from scratch and scaled globally.

GoHighLevel automations (CRM, workflows, dashboards).

Supplier connections & negotiation skills — bring proven networks.

Ability to diagnose supply chain issues and design improvements.

Leadership: 5+ years managing e-commerce ops teams.
Technical Coordination: Able to manage and direct a Web Developer.
Tools: Shopify, GHL, Asana, Slack, Google Suite, MS Teams.
Mindset: Self-sufficient, problem-solver, zero-training needed, execution-first.
