Onboarding Specialist (GoHighLevel Experience Required)

We’re excited to announce that we have an opening for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves helping clients succeed, is tech-savvy, and has hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).

As our Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a key role in setting up new clients for success by walking them through our systems, answering their questions, and making sure they feel confident using the platform.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
Strong comfort level navigating the platform
Familiarity with core features such as:
Pipelines & CRM setup
Workflows/automations
Calendar & appointment booking
Funnels and landing pages

Email & SMS campaigns
Integrations and reporting dashboards
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A proactive, client-focused attitude
