Virtual Assistant – Surgical Office (Remote)
Our surgical office is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support clinic operations, scheduling, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
-Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments and tests
-Transcription of dictations using transcription software; correcting grammar, punctuation, and formatting
-Editing and combining documents in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe PDF
-Organizing and summarizing
-Assisting with document proofreading and completion
-Handling voi
-Maintaining and updating the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
-Coordinating task assignments and ensuring proper communication between staff
-Other Misc Admin Tasks.
Required Skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and oral communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Docs/Sheets, and Adobe PDF
- Ability to edit, format, and combine documents accurately
- A medical background is helpful but not required.
Hours of Work
Minimum 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 4 hours/day)
Preferred: 7:00–11:00 AM Philippines Time (5:00–9:00 PM CST)
Alternate: 8:00 PM–12:00 AM Philippines Time (6:00–10:00 AM CST)
Up to 40 hours per week available depending on performance and workload
Compensation
Competitive rate, commensurate with skills and experience
