Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance cold calling, appointment setting, marketing, and tax software sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client outreach, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently using CRMs such as GoHighLevel and SuiteDash.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects for insurance cold calling & appointment setting
Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads through phone,
Assist with marketing tasks including
Support in selling and promoting tax software & services
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements when needed
Manage and update client records using GoHighLevel & SuiteDash CRM platforms
Track, report, and optimize outreach and marketing efforts
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales (insurance experience preferred)
Knowledge of tax software sales is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel & SuiteDash experience strongly preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-driven, professional, and able to work independently
Availability to work in alignment with our business hours
