Account Executive & Client Relation

We are a home cleaning business based in Los Angeles, California. We’re looking for a confident, motivated individual with strong sales skills to join our team! This isn’t a cold call position—clients call us and send online request wanting to book service. Your role is to connect, build rapport, professionally present our services, and close the deal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client inquiries and calls with confidence, creating a connection
- Follow up on leads and assist in closing sales to grow our client base
- Manage staff schedules and ensure timely, quality service delivery
- Address and resolve operational or client issues professionally
- Support the clients with a kind, strong, and proactive approach
- Must have Starlink Internet and backup electricity (since rain often may impact your internet connection)

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience in customer service and sales is a MUST
- Excellent sales skills with persuasive, confident communication
- Strong leadership qualities and experience managing staff
- Professional, kind, and able to handle pressure gracefully
- Detail-oriented and organized
