Media Buyer – Digital Marketing Agency

We are seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to join our agency team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of paid media platforms, funnel building, and campaign optimization. You will be responsible for setting up and managing marketing funnels, creating high-performing ads, and continuously optimizing campaigns to deliver measurable ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Funnel Development & Management

Build and manage end-to-end funnels in GoHighLevel, including landing pages, automations, and follow-up workflows.

Design and optimize lead capture systems that maximize conversion rates.

Implement A/B tests on funnel elements (headlines, CTAs, forms, email/SMS sequences) to improve performance.

Paid Media Execution

Create, launch, and manage ad campaigns within Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads).

Research and build detailed audience targeting strategies to ensure campaigns reach the right customers.

Write compelling ad copy and work with creative assets (images, videos) to maximize engagement.

Optimization & Analytics

Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Optimize for cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Produce clear, actionable reports for clients showing performance metrics, key learnings, and next steps.

Collaboration

Work closely with the creative team, copywriters, and account managers to ensure campaigns align with client goals.

Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Media Buyer, Paid Ads Specialist, or similar role in an agency or growth-focused environment.

Proficiency with GoHighLevel (or similar funnel-building platforms).

Expertise with Meta Business Suite and campaign management tools.

Strong analytical skills with experience using Ads Manager reporting, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience with additional ad platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

Knowledge of email/SMS marketing best practices and CRM automation.

Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

Understanding of attribution models and tracking solutions like UTM parameters and pixels.
