Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant - Source Products

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Product Sourcing & Listing Manager. This role is essential in helping us expand our product catalog by identifying quality suppliers, negotiating pricing, and ensuring accurate and optimized product listings across our sales platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Source new products from suppliers (domestic and international) that align with our brand and market demand
• Evaluate supplier offers, request quotes, and negotiate pricing and terms
• Manage inventory data, product details, and imagery
• Create, update, and optimize product listings on our online store(s) and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, etc.)
• Conduct competitive research and analyze market trends
• Ensure listings are SEO-friendly and adhere to platform guidelines
• Monitor and update stock levels, pricing, and product status
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure product launches and promotions run smoothly

Requirements
• Proven experience in product sourcing and/or listing management
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings
