The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to streamline and supercharge marketing systems across both brands. You’ll connect our CRM, websites,
What You'll Do
CRM (HubSpot – Prem Property)
Set up & manage pipelines, deal stages, lifecycle properties
Sync website forms (WordPress) with CRM
Build workflows for lead nurturing, re-engagement, & handover
Email
PP: Run campaigns through Kit (triggered via HubSpot)
MPC: Use Brevo to deliver newsletters & event updates (synced with Beacon CRM)
Automation (Zapier Pro)
Build advanced Zaps: webhooks, filters, error handling
Integrate as much as possible with HubSpot, WordPress, Brevo, Kit, Tidycal, Google Sheets, Slack, etc.
AI Content (ChatGPT Pro)
Maintain reusable prompt libraries & tone guides
Reporting & Dashboards
Push data to Google Sheets or HubSpot dashboards
Share monthly reports on lead and
Documentation & Training
Keep systems documented for team accessibility
