Clickup Expert To Set Up Clickup

We need somebody to do a one time clickup setup (that can then lead to more work) for our company.

We have 20-30 workers on different projects, some full time, some contractors, a lot of VAs.

We run online agency and online info offer. We want to expand to other verticals (new landers and projects).

Need to start getting organized, and want to use clickup as central place for that.

Our workflow will be in telegram for all communication, clickup for work tracking, project management, to do lists, coordination of team across different projects (with overlap, for example a full time developer might work on multiple business verticals for us at the same time), and Google drive for storage of assets.
