At G Management, we help 20+ brands across 50+ organic social media accounts. We help grow their presence by creating content that actually works; engaging, converting, and scaling across platforms. We’re looking for a full-time, in-house Graphic Designer who’s not just talented, but fast, creative, and marketing-savvy.

The Role:
This isn’t your typical design role. We need someone who can crank out viral TikTok slides, scroll-stopping Instagram graphics, and Pinterest-worthy content that drives views, clicks and engagement. You’ll be at the center of our creative team, shaping the look and feel of multiple brands across social.

What You’ll Do:
- Design and produce large volumes of TikTok slide decks built for virality.
- Create aesthetic, on-brand Instagram content that elevates feeds and boosts engagement.
- Develop Pinterest graphics that attract saves, clicks, and traffic.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure every design aligns with growth goals.
- Understand what makes content work on each platform and apply it.
- Write clean, effective copy when needed (captions, slide text, hooks).
- Deliver high-quality designs quickly without sacrificing creativity.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to create viral-style TikTok slides at scale.
- Strong portfolio showing IG aesthetics and Pinterest content.
- Solid understanding of marketing + platform trends (you know why something works, not just how to design it).
- Ability to work fast under deadlines while keeping standards high.
- Excellent English writing skills; copywriting ability is a big plus.
- Someone who’s hungry, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
