Lead Social Media Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

The Role
We’re looking for a Lead Social Media Manager to take the reins of our social media strategy. You’ll manage a team of 3 social media managers and help shape the direction of our content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a leadership role where you’ll help elevate our social presence, set goals, and make sure everything aligns with our brand. You’ll also report directly to the CEO and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and mentor a small team of 3 SMMs
• Create and manage content strategies across all platforms
• Review, edit, and approve posts and content
• Provide feedback and guidance to help the team grow
• Track performance metrics and provide insights
• Stay ahead of trends and suggest new ideas for content
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams

What You’ll Need
• Proven leadership experience in social media (5+ years in the game, with 2+ years leading a team)
• Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies (IG, TikTok, Pinterest, FB, YouTube Shorts)
• A creative approach to content creation with a focus on performance and engagement
• Confidence in giving feedback and guiding the team toward success
• Solid communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Slack, ClickUp, and Google Workspace

KPIs You’ll Focus On
• Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares)
• Follower growth and content reach
• Video views and watch time (especially for YouTube and TikTok)
• Content consistency, quality, and innovation
• Conversion rates (from leads to bookings or inquiries)
