Ads + Content Specialist (Results-Based Pay Only)

We are a creative marketing agency.
We handle the creative direction + client relationships.
We are looking for 1–2 reliable people in the Philippines to handle ads + content execution.

???? Roles Open

1. Ads Specialist

- Run & manage Facebook/Instagram/TikTok ads
- Provide proof of past results (screenshots, dashboards, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Pay = Results Only ? you get a % of revenue ONLY if the campaign is profitable (potential to make up to ?50,000)

2. Content Operator

- Repurpose content into reels, shorts, carousels, captions
- Schedule + publish across IG, TikTok, X
- Pay = Per Batch ? ?3,000–?6,000 per 10 approved posts/clips

???? Payment Structure

Ads Specialist ONLY

- Client pays ad spend directly (100% goes into ads, not us).
- If ads generate sales ? client pays agency 25% of revenue.
- From that, you get 15–20% cut (performance bonus).
- Example: If campaign makes ?200,000 ? client pays us ?50,000 ? you get ?7,500–?10,000.

Content Operator ONLY

- ?2,000–?5,000 per batch of 10 approved content pieces.
- No pay for unfinished or rejected work.

???? What We Don’t Want

- Lazy workers who expect pay without results
- People who can’t provide proof/screenshots of past work
- Poor communication (we require daily or weekly updates)
