Remote Cold Caller – Local Lead Generation (Home Services Focus)

Are you confident on the phone, good at starting conversations, and looking for stable remote work with real growth potential?

NexoGrow Digital is hiring a Remote Cold Caller to connect small business owners in the U.S. with real, exclusive leads. You’ll be speaking with contractors in industries like concrete, fencing, and tree services — your job is to qualify interest and set appointments, not close deals.

You’ll follow a simple script, log every call using our tracking system (Google Sheets or CRM), and flag any hot leads for our team to close. We provide the leads and the tools — you bring the voice, focus, and follow-through.

This is a full-time role with a 30-day trial at $400/month. If you’re consistent, coachable, and speak clear English, there’s real opportunity to grow with us long-term.

Schedule: 40 hours/week (Full-Time)
Monday–Friday with at least 2–3 hours overlap with Puerto Rico (GMT?4)
