We’re now looking for a Marketing & Customer Support Specialist that can help us with marketing efforts and help our users. Someone who’s detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and excited to help customers succeed.
Responsibilities
------------------------
- Write and publish SEO articles to our website blog
- Manage LinkedIn outreach and DMs via Heyreach
- Maintain and update an online resource of viral LinkedIn posts
- Maintaining and updating a knowledgebase of help desk articles
- Responding to customer support chat inquiries
What We’re Looking For
------------------------
Excellent written English (clear, concise, and friendly tone)
Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot
Comfort with SaaS tools (Intercom, Slack, help desk software, file compression tools)
Working hours ~9-5 CST (open to part time as well)
Bonus: Experience in social media tools or previous marketing or customer support roles
