About Us:
We run multiple YouTube Shorts channels in the Biker and Road Rage niches. The editing is fully clip-based. Your job: take our provided clips and scripts and turn them into addictive Shorts — from voiceover to sound design to on-brand captions — optimized for American audiences and retention.

What You’ll Do
- Edit 25–60s YouTube Shorts in Adobe Premiere Pro only (captions in Premiere required)
- Add clean VO, snappy pacing, sound effects, and high-impact captions
- Apply our presets, assets, and follow our detailed tutorials/SOPs
- Hit 24-hour turnaround on assigned batches
- Communicate fast, iterate smart, and deliver daily

Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (no substitutes)
- Proven YouTube Shorts experience (please send biker/road-rage/action or similar videos)
- Strong storytelling & retention instincts (hooks, pacing, pattern interrupts)
- Fluent English and a solid grasp of American traffic & culture
- Fast responses and reliable 24h turnaround
- You can handle 2–4+ videos/day (top editors do 4–10/day with our pipeline)

Nice to Have
- Experience with AI voiceover polishing and noise cleanup
- Keyboard-driven editing, captions automation inside Premiere
- Thumbnail instincts for Shorts (optional)

Workload & Pay
- Volume: 100–200 videos/month possible (we assign in daily batches)
- Standard: 4+ videos/day once ramped
- Per-video: $6–12 (based on quality & speed)
- Payout every 2 weeks via bank transfer or PayPal (invoice required)
